Cauliflower with Wine

Wash cauliflower and cut into large pieces. Fry lightly and brown in a little oil. Add 2 glasses of white wine. Cook for around 15 minutes. Drain the liquid and add one cube vegetable extract, 2 heaped tablespoons flour, pepper and a little cinnamon if required. Mix well and pour over cauliflower and serve. This dish is usually served with rice and yoghurt.
