1 medium cauliflower
2 bunches spinach
˝ kilo kolokasi
Sauté meat in a little oil and add a glass Semeli wine from ETKO, the juice of two orange. When cooked add the rest of the ingredients and cook through. This is a traditional dish from the region of Karpasia. It is also made without the meat during the fasting season.
