Seafood Rice

Use octopus, shrimps, calamari and squid which have been cleaned and cut into small pieces. Sautee all seafood and add a little chopped onion. When semi cooked add 2 grated fresh tomatoes or a small tin of tomato puree and a little salt & pepper to taste. Add rice - for every glass of rice used add 1 glass Nefeli wine and 1 ½ glasses of water. Leave to simmer for about 20 minutes until the water has evaporated. Serve with green salad.
